Pricing — US local service businesses

Three plans. No contracts.

We run Google Ads, Meta Ads and local SEO for service businesses across the US. Every price is on this page — you don’t need a call to find out whether you can afford us.

Step one — one time

$995Charged once, before anything goes live. Not refundable, because the work is real and it’s yours to keep.

Build the tracking first. Then spend money.

Most businesses come to us running ads with no idea which ones produce work. We fix that before we touch a budget — otherwise there’s nothing to optimize against.

  • GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Meta Pixel and Conversions API
  • Call tracking with recordings
  • Form and WhatsApp tracking
  • One conversion-built landing page
  • Google Business Profile cleanup
  • Conversion goals mapped to jobs
  • Live reporting dashboard
Step two — monthly

Pick by how much you can put behind it

The right plan is decided by your ad budget, not by a sales call. Each plan has a minimum monthly ad spend because below that line there isn’t enough data to optimize, and we’d be taking your money for guesswork.

Ad spend is not our money. You pay Google and Meta directly, on your own card, from your own account. We never touch it, never mark it up, and never invoice you for it. The fees above are what Flexecom charges to build and run the campaigns — nothing else.

What we actually promise

We won’t promise you a number. We’ll promise you these.

Any agency that guarantees a specific lead count before seeing your market is either guessing or setting up an excuse. Here’s what we’ll put in writing instead.

01 — Ownership

You own everything, including on the way out

Campaigns run inside your Google Ads account and your Meta Business Manager. The pixel, the conversion history, the landing pages, the domain, the phone number — all in your name. If you leave, none of it comes with us.

02 — Term

Thirty days, rolling

No six-month term. No twelve-month term. No cancellation penalty. Give us thirty days’ notice whenever you want and we’ll hand over every asset on the way out.

03 — Month one

Beat your current cost per lead, or month two is free

Tell us what a lead costs you today. If our first full month doesn’t come in under that number, we don’t charge a management fee for the second month.

Requires 30 days of your existing lead data to measure against. New to paid ads? Take the 14-day paid pilot below instead.

Never run ads before? There’s no baseline to beat, so the guarantee above doesn’t apply. Instead: $497 for a 14-day pilot — one channel, fully built and managed, real budget, real leads. If you continue, the full $497 comes off your first invoice. You keep every lead either way.

Questions

The ones people actually ask

Because at $500 a month nobody is opening your account weekly. That price buys automated reporting and a campaign that was set up once and left alone. It’s not a scam — it’s just a different product.

The honest test is the ratio: your management fee should sit somewhere near 10–20% of what you’re spending on ads. If a vendor charges you $500 to manage $1,000, or $997 to manage $300, the maths never worked in your favour. Our plans are built so the fee stays sensible against the budget behind it.

Below roughly $1,500 a month, Google and Meta don’t gather enough conversion data to optimize against. You end up paying for a specialist to make educated guesses. We’d rather turn the work down than take a fee for that.

If your budget is under that today, we’ll tell you on the call and point you at what to fix first — usually your Google Business Profile and your reviews, both of which are free.

No. We audit what’s there first. Existing conversion history and audience data are worth real money, and wiping the account resets the learning period. Where campaigns are salvageable we rebuild around them.

You’ll get the audit findings in writing whether or not you sign — including the specific line items where money is currently being wasted.

Never. You add us as a user on your Google Ads and Meta Business Manager accounts with the access level you’re comfortable with, and you can remove it in two clicks at any point. If you don’t have accounts yet, we’ll walk you through creating them in your own name.

Leads generated, cost per lead, which campaign and which keyword or creative produced each one, call recordings, and — where you tell us the outcome — how many turned into booked work. Plus a plain-English note on what we changed and what we’re changing next.

You also get a live dashboard you can open any day of the month. You shouldn’t have to wait for us to know how it’s going.

Move up or down at any month boundary. Seasonal businesses can pause for up to two months a year — just tell us in advance so we can plan around it.

Yes, but not on these plans. Ecommerce is priced separately at 15% of ad spend with a $1,500 monthly minimum, and it covers Meta, Google Shopping, feed management and Klaviyo flows. Ask on the call and we’ll send that breakdown.

Next step

Twenty minutes. We’ll tell you if it’s a fit.

Bring what you spend now and what a customer is worth to you. We’ll tell you which plan fits, what to expect in ninety days, and — if we’re not the right call — who is.
